＊作業中、予定時間を15分以上過ぎても完了しないご依頼内容の場合は1時間ごとの追加回収・作業となり、不足の場合は＜Add1h＞を当サイトにて当日お買い求め頂きます（スケジュールにより延長希望に応じられない場合もあります）

＊ご利用有効期限は、発行日から30日間となります。

＊スタッフ１名の訪問の場合は プライベートスペースへの立ち入り作業は原則としてお断りさせて頂きます。

＊往復交通費は含まれていますが、作業中の移動費および買物代金などの実費につきましては別途お客様ご負担となります。お立替えはできませんので予めご用意頂くようお願いします。

This ticket is valid for four hours and is available for assistance with household chores. The minimum time requirement is three hours.

Kindly indicate your preferred date and time from the reservation calendar at the following link:

We will ascertain whether it is feasible to proceed, obtain approval, purchase the ticket, and then approve the reservation.

We will do our utmost to complete the work within the scheduled time frame. However, should the scheduled time be exceeded, we will complete the work at that time. Should you require additional assistance, please purchase an additional ticket for an additional hour.

The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the work be completed within three hours, a new ticket may be purchased within 30 days of the initial purchase to utilize the remaining time.
